Job Description:
- Recruiting, hiring, and training salespeople
- Set sales goals, track progress against them, and make adjustments as needed.
- Examine current team processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and put them in place.
- Creating and implementing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining current client relationships

- Age range: 24 to 38 years old
- Requires qualification
- Ability to communicate effectively orally
