Key Relationship Manager - Customer Service - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Ensuring the happiness of your current clients through after-sales support, as well as gathering and using feedback; identifying and approaching potential new businesses or clients; researching market trends; and advising colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities.
- Providing customers with presentations on goods or services, acting as a point of contact for difficulties and escalating them as necessary, making sure that your business and clients adhere to the terms of a contract, and understanding and supporting the attainment of the client's goals are all examples of how you can help clients.
- Identifying and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients
