Key Relationship Manager - Bank (2-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Highlight the branch's personal banking services as a one-stop shop.
- Look into and develop long-lasting banking relationships with customers.
- Ascertain the products and services that current and prospective clients require in terms of financial services.
- To meet the needs of both present and potential customers, identify and provide relevant and appropriate financial products and services, such as insurance, investments, and other banking products.
- Encourage and support colleagues in proposing and exchanging potential business ventures for sustained, lucrative expansion of the organization.
- To ensure that KPIs are met, closely work with Branch Managers, District Managers, Wealth Coaches, Investment Counselors, and other key stakeholders to build strong sales pipelines.
