Key Accounts Manager - Sales - Telecom (8-12 yrs)
The Opportunity:
As a Key Account Sales Manager (KAM) in our Enterprise Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and building lasting relationships with our largest clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of highly valued accounts, exceeding revenue targets, and forging strategic partnerships with key decision-makers. This is a challenging and rewarding position for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and excel in a portfolio of large enterprise accounts (100 Cr+ revenue). This includes driving revenue growth, expanding existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and mentor a high-performing direct sales team, providing them with the necessary training, resources, and support to achieve their individual and team KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, building trust and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Negotiate and secure high-value deals, leveraging your strategic thinking and strong communication skills to win new business.
- Champion high service standards and customer satisfaction by collaborating effectively with internal teams and partners.
- Stay ahead of the curve in the telecom/ISP landscape by continuously learning about industry trends and new technologies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in direct B2B enterprise sales, ideally within the telecom/ISP industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
- Strong understanding of the telecom/ISP market and its current landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
- Leadership skills to motivate and coach a direct sales team.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
>Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and other relevant sales tools.
Additional Advantages:

- Strong understanding of solution selling and new product penetration strategies.
- Knowledge of telecom products like ILL, Broadband, Security & Managed Services.
