Who is an ideal candidate ?

- Candidate with strong connect with architect, builders, Contractors and good experience in project sales/B2B/Institutional sales from Building Material industry.

Position Description :

1. Strategic Planning :


- Formulate customer centric business strategies to ensure strategic utilization and deployment of resources to achieve organizational objectives.

2. Chart out sales & marketing strategies for the respective territory contributing towards enhancing business volumes & growth to achieve profitability.

3. Demonstrate excellence by implementing sales & marketing operation initiatives that creates positive experience for clients.

4. Identifying and meet key influencers-fabricators, Architects, Contractors and Builders and presenting them solutions.

5. Secure high-value accounts through consultative selling, effective customer.

6. Develop relationship maturity with existing key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet the objectives of both parties.

7. Build and cultivate long-term quality relationships with major Key Accounts by addressing needs and providing superior customer service.

8. Actively involve in event marketing, sales and brand promotion.

9. Reach out to new & unexplored market segments/customer groups using segmentation and penetration strategies for business expansion.

10. Sales forecasting and KRA development for daily, monthly and yearly sales target accomplishment.

11. Develop and sustain positive work environment that fosters team performance with excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.

Experience :

- 3- 6 years of Institutional/Project/Solution Selling in a Highly Sales-Oriented Organisation.

- Relevant exp in building material will be Preferred

Education : BE/Btech /BE/Btech with MBA would be preferred however individuals with good sales experience in Institutional /Project/Solution Selling can also apply
