Job Title : key accounts manager

Experience : 2 - 4 years

Job location : Mumbai, Delhi,Bangalore,Patna

Core Responsibilities :

- Revenue generation from the accounts closed by BD thorough relationship building, periodic follow-ups.

- Work with insurance companies to identify pains & pass on feedback to product & tech.

- Work with internal teams & risk to reduce rejection rates and drops offs.

- Relationship building.

- Make quarterly business plans with accounts and show the forecast of what we can achieve .

- Cross sell and upsell.

Preference and Experience :

- Personified professional and Proficient in communication.

- Capable of managing the client grievances, queries & issues.

- Will need to travel to locations.

- Flexible to be responsive over the weekends.

- Strong command over data fetching and analysis.

- Preferred experience as Key Account Manager / BD in insurance companies/ insurance brokerage companies

Academic qualifications : - Graduate with Sales Experience /MBA preferred
