We have an urgent opening with the global provider of security products, services and software.

Position : Manager - Key Accounts (Entrance Control)

Reporting to : VP - Entrance Control & Perimeter Protection

Location : Mumbai

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification : BE (Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics) + MBA (Preferred)

Candidate Attributes :

Functional :

- Ability to engage multiple levels of stakeholders, from Secretary, Head of the Department, Security Officer to operational and technical staff.

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills with building strong network from Security Consultants in IBMS, Security Head of Corporates, Technical Team, Architects along with Procurement team.

- Good exposure in Sales process of IBMS Packages/solutions

- Strong listening skill and ability to drive and lead initiatives, and / or participate as a team member.

- Ability to manage own time and deliverables, but also open to incorporating constructive feedback.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in complexity, Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, Fast learner, able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment

Behavioral: Good communicator with pleasing personality, self-motivated with passion to prove himself/ herself, should have an attitude of honoring commitments.

Job Description :

Purpose : Generate business and achieve sales target for Entrance Control business.

Key Activities : Sales - Key Account

Responsibilities :

- Track and Develop Business Opportunities in Projects in the assigned territory for Entrance Control Segment like Public and Commercial Markets (Office Bldgs for Mumbai Region) .

- Achieve Sales target for the assigned territory

- Managing all the Key System Integrators in West

- Execute Marketing and Sales Strategy with firms involved in developing business for Entrance control products with complete mapping of Key Decision Makers and Influencers.

- Work on bidding, specifying and system integration with concerned Depts./ AFC Contractors/ Prime Contractors for Entrance Control Business as well as Perimeter Protection Business

- Develop company as a brand within his Sales Territory
