The candidate must help build business activities. He should be highly experienced in Automotive Aftermarket Industry selling Automotive Car Care Products to Automotive Dealership- s, Car Accessories Shop, Private Workshops & Car Wash Station.

Candidate should have prior or current Sales Experience preferably in Oman or any Middle East country

Job Description

- Meet Sales Revenue Target.

- Responsible for retention and growth, new account gains, strategic account management, channel management, sales growth initiatives, customer satisfaction and executing strategies aim towards optimal business growth.

- Support the retention and growth of the existing and new business.

- Clearly identify customer and market requirements, launch new products, develop product brands and pricing strategy to satisfy such requirements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers & strategic partners.

- Develop, manage and maintain the business's Annual Operating Plan relating to revenue, contribution margin and the activities of the sales organization.

- Update management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
