Key Account Manager - SME Sales - Telecom (6-8 yrs)
The Opportunity:
As a Key Account Sales Manager (KAM) leading our Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) sales team in Hyderabad, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our footprint and building lasting relationships with dynamic businesses. You'll drive revenue growth across a portfolio of clients with 50-100 Cr revenue, forge strategic partnerships, and empower your team to achieve consistent success. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned sales leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and cultivate a strategic portfolio of SME accounts, exceeding assigned revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client loyalty.
- Build and empower your direct sales team, providing them with the necessary training, resources, and coaching to exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across C-level, middle management, and key stakeholders at your SME clients.
- Negotiate and win high-value deals, leveraging your strategic thinking and strong communication skills to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
- Champion exceptional customer satisfaction by collaborating effectively with internal teams and ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Stay ahead of the curve in the telecom/ISP landscape by continuously learning about industry trends and innovative solutions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success in the SME segment.
- Strong understanding of the telecom/ISP market and its value proposition for SMEs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Experience managing relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and other relevant sales tools.
Additional Advantages:
- Experience in the Hyderabad market and understanding of the local business landscape.
- Knowledge of telecom products like ILL, Broadband, Security & Managed Services.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi preferred).
