KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER-SERVICE SALES for one of the leading US based MNC- GURGAON Location
- Dear all, we are looking for a FEMALE candidate for one of the leading US based MNC.
Position : KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER-SERVICE SALES (PAN India)
Experience : 7 to 10 years in sales and service or after sales service.
Location : GURGAON
Qualifications : B.E. (electronics/ electrical/ mechanical/ IT/Telecommunications) + MBA would be an added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Should be good in Customer Relationship Management
- Good Liaison between Internal and External Customer being SPOC
- Good cognitive skills-analytics, data management (sound knowledge on MS Excel/Power Point/MS word)
- Excellent Communication skills and presentation Skills
- Contract Management, Preparation/Reviewing Service Contracts with the customers, AMC/CAMC, spares selling etc.
- Management of Key account for New Business Development, Expansion of Existing Business & Receivables Management etc.
- Should be well verse with Commercial and Legal Terminology
- Handling of MIS and organize Governance meetings with client and Willing to Travel PAN INDIA for Client Meetings
