Key Account Manager - Sanitaryware/Bath/Kitchen Fittings (4-7 yrs)
I am looking for Key Account Manager for MNC which is into Sanitary Ware, Bath & Kitchen Fittings.
Location: Chandigarh
This role is to manage the Key accounts.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Handling & Dealing with Architects.
2. Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
3. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
4. Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
5. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
6. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
7. Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
