Job description :

Relationship Manager/Account Manager :

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers/clients. The Account Manager's role is to manage large clients and its monthly transactions billing, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Should be hands on dealing with industry clients and travel local extensively for client visits.

Role :

An Account Manager is a person responsible for the management of business and relationship with particular customers. As a Relationship Manager one maintains the company's relationships with a client or group of clients, so that they continue using the company services. The key responsibilities are as follow:

- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits

Responsibilities :

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters for 2-3 clients

- Hunt for new business opportunities and Set-up meetings with new clients

- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

- Achieving client relationship targets and KPI's as set by the Head of Department/Team Lead

- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

- Plan and conduct special business development initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients

- Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients and key personnel within client organization

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Liaising and closely working with Inspection Team, Pricing Team and Other departments to ensure that client needs are fulfilled effectively

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

- Prepare reports on account status

- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

- Gain solid knowledge of competitors and changes happening in the market

Desired Candidate Profile :

What We Require :

- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

- 3-8 years of experience in Sales or Relationship Building

- Willing to travel (both local and domestic).

- Candidates who understand the working of a start-up venture and having entrepreneurial frame of mind would be preferred.

- Candidate should have strong communication skills and pleasing personality.

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
