Key Account Manager | Sales as a service platform 


- Our client is the growth partner for some of India's fastest growing startups and unicorns. They have helped companies like paytm, udaan, swiggy and many others to scale up their offline presence across India.

- Our client is currently deploying more than 40,000 people who are helping their clients to acquire customers and grow their sales. They hire, train, deploy and own outcomes related to the sales growth/ customer acquisition targets for the clients.

- Founded in 2000 by an IIM A alumnus, our client is unique in what it offers to companies, and they also offer outsourced Call Centre and staffing services in addition to the managed sales process service.

- As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing a long-lasting relationship with assigned client portfolio.

What you will do :

- Creating sales plan for generating revenue, managing the P&L for assigned customers

- Acting as point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate

- Identifying opportunities and being responsible for upselling and cross selling to the defined customer base

- Collaborating with internal teams to address customers- needs

- Working closely with Business Development teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory/ market

- Forecasting and maintaining a strong pipeline

What you need to have: 

- 5+ years of experience in business development & account management

- Basic knowledge of finance/ payroll

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written and good negotiation skills

- A customer-oriented attitude

- Problem-solving aptitude

- Ability to work well with a team

- Ability to network and build relationships

- Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities

- Strong client facing staffing experience in both hunting and farming

- Basic knowledge of finance/ payroll
