Key Account Manager/Sales Role - Mobile/Handset (5-7 yrs)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for development of RLFR accounts /sales planning/forecasting
- Manage sales activities at the RLFR, conduct opportunity sizing to drive attach of OA products
- Develop new categories, understand the cx requirement manage & enhance Relationship with Existing partners in Large Format Retail segment
- Achieving Targets
- Ensure attach Target on Smartphones sales.
- Account wise, store wise target setting to meet the targets
- Conduct regular product training to staff to upscale the skill set on OA product.
- Apply OA product knowledge to make necessary recommendations to the product team to construct product
Forecasting and Projection :
- Proper and accurate month wise forecasting plan for the respective RLFR meeting qtr wise and AOP plan
- LFR wise, store wise penetration, maintaining good business relations with key stake holders of chains (store managers, staff, and brand promoters).
- Marketing elements display/visibility.
- Product / Services availability
- Manage cx escalations and also store team escalations.
- Keep close track on competition
- Team building and management - manage and drive performance through the team
- Coordination with various departments, like Operations, IT, Mktg, Finance etc. to extend seamless customer onboarding and activation experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- 5 to 7 years of experience in managing consumer and partner facing business in Consumer Durables.
- Sales Planning & Performance Management experience with territory handling experience
- Local handset dealer network knowledge and exposure is key
- Exposure to service-oriented product category with customer handling skills will be an added advantage
- Expertise in handling large number of front-line sales forces
