Roles & Responsibilities :

- Planning and developing merchandising strategies, business development plan with retailers

- Inventory Management and debtors

- BTL and in store execution planning

- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.

- Forecast sales and plan budgets.

- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.

- Driving new store rollouts and hand holding its merchandise planning and execution. Analyzing the merchandise gaps and bridging the same.

- Executing the pull and push method in stock planning and placement to maximize sales, ensuring action on slow movers, laggards, top sellers etc.

- Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
