Key Account Manager - Sales - Marketing Agency (3-6 yrs)
Designation: Key Account Manager - Sales
A Key Account Manager works to grow a company's profits by attracting new clients. The job is multivariate as our company operates in the digital space with a core focus on performance-driven marketing & brand promotion. We are looking for go-getters who can contribute to increasing the client portfolio & work closely with our close-knit team.
Salary (Monthly) : INR 40K - 50K + Incentives
Reporting to : City Head
Minimum Experience : 3+ years in relevant media/marketing agencies.
Job Responsibility :
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. Meet potential Business heads by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Core task includes successful on-boarding of new clients, handling major accounts & providing the specialized advice to key clients
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Understanding brand needs and providing solutions basis the insight
- Managing end-to-end sales cycle starting from lead generation to sales conversion.
- Retain existing clients and generate new business from existing clients
- Working with internal team to devise advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
Candidate Profile :
- Should be well versed with Digital Advertising, SEO/SEM, Social Media and content business.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients.
- Candidates having 3-5 years of relevant experience in media/marketing agencies.
- Strong negotiator with the demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business deals.
- Strong sense of initiative, personal leadership & demonstrating the ability to function independently.
- Quick learner with a knack for sales.
