Key Account Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (4-8 yrs)

We have a very urgent position in one of BEST LIFE INSURANCE organizations across the following location -

Base Location : Mumbai { Corporate hub position ]

Offered CTC : 8lac to 10 lac approx ; ( depending upon current CTC.) + Variable pay

Position : Key Account Manager ( Health business - Agency & Banca )

Product Line : Health Business

Responsibilities :

The role is part of Health Team and focuses on delivery of sales for the Health vertical. This role will include initiatives towards strengthening the channels performance in the areas of account management, business strategy, sales planning and new channel development.

Achievement of Business objectives from Agency Channel :

- Driving FLS & Managers by designing different activities to drive sales channels such as : Star of the month/certificate/mail of appreciation etc.

- Regular Conference calls/VCs with sales teams for any support/sharing best practices to ensure maximum mindshare

- Strong connect to be enabled with Sales team members

- Ensuring attachment of Group Health business from the existing channels

- Ensure collaboration with DPPM, Business Insights and other departments for driving initiatives and regular trackers

- Working on teams with low activation to improve National average of the channel

- Highlighting tools to increase activation across the zones and across all the channels

- Ensuring regular MISs on achievement vs target, activation and ATS to the field

Enablers for business enhancement

- Ensuring new tools for Lead generation

- Enabling marketing activities/campaigns for channels

- Liasioning with Marketing department in designing tools/collaterals, for new tie-ups

- Analysis of best practices of top performers and publishing their stories.

- Enabling regular interventions of training for all channels
