Role :

- As a Key Account Manager for a legal consulting company, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of the business. You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team, foster valuable client relationships, and contribute to the company's mission of providing top-tier legal consulting services to businesses in need.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Analyze competition and industry benchmarks to inform the company's strategic approach.

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and target potential B2B clients.

- Utilize various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events, to create a robust pipeline of prospects.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.

- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs, providing expert advice, and offering tailored solutions.

- Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Collaborate with the executive team to refine the company's value proposition for B2B clients.

- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.

- Effectively communicate the benefits of the company's consulting services and demonstrate how they address clients' specific challenges.

- Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements.

- Ensure that deals are structured to be mutually beneficial and align with the company's goals.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospects, and client interactions.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasted revenue to the management team.

- Stay up to date with changes and developments in the legal industry, regulations, and relevant laws.

- Continuously educate yourself on the company's service offerings and value proposition.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.

- 0-8 years of industry experience.

- Freshers can also apply.

- A proven track record in B2B sales or professional services sector is a plus.

- Good understanding of legal industry trends, challenges, and client needs.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on results.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
