Key Account Manager - Sales - IT (3-6 yrs)

Abilities :

1. Manage and nurture key accounts : Build and maintain strong relationships with our B2B clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals, and proactively provide solutions to meet their requirements.

2. Customer satisfaction and retention : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, promptly addressing any issues or concerns, and consistently exceeding client expectations. Focus on client retention and actively work towards expanding our business with existing clients.

3. Account planning and strategy : Develop account plans and strategies for each key client, identifying growth opportunities and aligning them with the company's overall objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized solutions and offerings for key clients.

4. Upselling and cross-selling : Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue generation and achieve sales targets.

5. Market and competitor analysis : Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential opportunities, threats, and areas for growth.

6. Contract negotiations and renewals : Manage contract negotiations and renewals with key clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that benefit both parties. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and smooth contract processes.

7. Reporting and analysis : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status. Provide regular reports and analysis to the management team on key performance metrics, client feedback, and market insights.
