Position Title : KAM - Key Account Manager

Function : Sales

Location : Delhi - NCR

Job Purpose : Why does this role exist in the organization.


- This role is responsible for to manage the relationship of the hospital with the doctors and admin team member. Reporting to Hospital head. Achieve the sales targets, grow the business at the assigned Hospital.

Core Responsibilities :


Responsibility :

1. Lead Generation : To be able to tap into and create network in the assigned hospital by leveraging relationship with doctors / clinical staff for different services / offerings provided by Antara.

2. Guide and drive the patient counsellor, if any deployed at the hospital premises for converting the patients being/about to be discharged for the bouquet of services provided bv Antara.

3. Manage the relationship of the hospital with the doctors, clinical staff to enhance the referral business

4. Develop Antara as the preferred brand in the mind recall of Doctors and clinical staff for patient offerings.

5. Able to support service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

6. Manage and develop relations with key internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements :

Minimum Qualification :

- 3 year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major.

Years of Experience :

- 3 to 8 years in sales and marketing in the health care/hospital/clinical domain.

- Preferred prior experience in Medical sales

- Network with Hospitals and doctors

- Comfortable in dealing directly with seniors and their families

- High on Emotional Intelligence

Behavioral Skills :

- Proven success in a similar role and environment.

- Pride and attention to detail.

- Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.

- Ability to portray the concept and match it with potential clients needs.

- Clear communication and presentation skills.

- Strong result orientation, process alignment

- Empathy towards customers and colleagues.
