Key Account Manager - Sales - eCommerce (2-10 yrs)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Managing Multiple Marketplaces : Oversee and manage prominent marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Ajio, Nykaa, Myntra, Tata Cliq, Amazon Global, Etsy, eBay, and more.

2.Onboarding on Marketplaces : Successfully onboard new products, ensuring all listings are up-to-date and accurate.

3.Order Processing : Handle all aspects of order processing from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

4.Omni Integration : Implement omni-channel integration strategies for optimal business operations.

5.Campaign Management : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns in coordination with marketplace guidelines.

6.Policy Compliance : Stay up-to-date with, and ensure compliance with, all marketplace policies and regulations.

7.Team Leadership : Lead, guide, and mentor the team to achieve targets and goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

8.Relationship Building : Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders in different marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc

Requirements and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 3 Years Experience in eCommerce, specifically in marketplace management and product listing.

- Team Handling Experience : Proven ability to lead and manage a team, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Expertise in Various Marketplaces : Proficiency in handling various platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, and more.

- Strong Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze trends and data to make informed business decisions.

- Excellent Communication Skills : Both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

- Adaptability : Must be flexible and able to adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing eCommerce landscape.

- Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with modern eCommerce tools, software, and best practices.
