Key Account Manager - Sales - eCommerce (1-2 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategies to identify, acquire, and manage key clients within the e-commerce industry.


- Maintain and update profiles to optimize their presence on the marketplace, and provide prompt resolution to partner and client inquiries through on-call support.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with associated sellers and partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their understanding and utilization of marketplace updates and features.

- Understand the client's business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

- Collaborate with the marketing team and the marketplace team to plan and execute upcoming events and marketing strategies, ensuring maximum partner engagement and seamless execution of client requirements.

- Assist partners in optimizing their marketing efforts on the platform, including product promotion, ad campaigns, and customer targeting.

- Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions to improve overall performance.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, leveraging this knowledge to identify new opportunities and potential risks.

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database and records of partners, clients, pricing, and marketing.

- Prepare and deliver reports to key stakeholders, highlighting marketplace performance and growth opportunities.

- Monitor key performance metrics, such as sales, returns, and reason for return, taking proactive measures to achieve targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing any client concerns or issues to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements :

- Any Bachelor's degree.

- Proven experience in managing multiple brands on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, etc.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels within an organization.

- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

- Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
