- Job description of Key Account Manager for E-Commerce (KAM) - CSA

- Graduate/MBA with 1 - 2 years of experience in Field Sale/Business Development/Field Marketing

- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills (Equivalent to Versant Level 4)

- Good negotiation and Objection handling abilities, and understanding of e-commerce platforms and products

- Willingness to Work on field and work flexibility is often required in this position.

- The primary goal is to promote and increase sales of Sellers through face-to-face meetings and consultations, in addition to phone and email correspondence.

Some of the key responsibilities for this position may include :

1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and onboarding new Sellers.

2. Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends, working on Price reduction, Advertisement revenue, ROI.

3. Preparing and submitting regular reports on sales activities, including Sellers visits.

4. Achieving and exceeding sales targets of sellers on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
