Key Account Manager - Sales - Bank (2-8 yrs)

Delhi/Gurgaon/Gurugram/Noida Job Code: 325667

- Acquire new clients through leads and family accounts grouping .

- Growth liability base (CA/SA/FD) by strengthening relationship with existing clients .

- Sell bank products (e.g., Life Insurance, General Insurance, Home Loans, Credit Cards, Personal Loans) as well as third-party financial products.

- Provide end-to-end banking services to clients, fulfilling all their banking needs including both bank and third-party products.

- Proactively engage with mapped clients for servicing requirements and cross-selling of new products.

- Actively participate in promotional campaigns aimed at promoting liability and other banking products.

- Adhere strictly to bank processes and maintain a strong focus on compliance .

Desired Behavioral/Functional Traits :

- Sound knowledge of banking products and operational processes.

- Strong relationship management skills, with preference given to candidates who already possess a customer base.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage crisis situations effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Capacity to adapt quickly to changes within a dynamic and growing organization.

- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture enduring client relationships.
