Leading Bank hiring Key Account Manager - MSE

Salary upto - 10 Lacs

Key Responsibilities :

CASA : Educate clients for hassle free transactions through Mobile banking (MB) and corporate internet banking (CIB)

Churning: Increase the float in CASA/OD by following strict DILO & fact based account summary & script.

Cross Sell: Cross sell like Insurance, CASA, payroll/salary accounts, FDs, POS machine, QR codes to our existing clients (Exposure > 1 Cr) joining PD for new proposal for exposure > 1 Cr to achieve cross sell.

Portfolio health Management: Perform account reviews & recommend remedial actions to management following the DILO as given below.

DILO - ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

1) Daily review of the OD MIS FOR BREACH OF ANY OF THE 5 TRIGGERS:

- Follow up with previous day PTP.

- Review of past 1 year CASA statement.

- Checking of required churning based on accepted churning condition by customer.

- If account conduct unsatisfactory then telcon. with customer on the delay of OD Interest servicing and get it paid with PTP.

- If the account conduct is suspicious (includes churning issue, utilization, Inward and outward bouncing) then give early alert sign to stakeholder.

- If renewal is pending - check

2) Review of the collection MIS (B0-B3)followed by:

- Review of SOA of TL and linked accounts.

- If repayment is unsatisfactory then telcon with customer on the reason of bounce and get it paid with PTP in association of ZH & also with zonal collection team (If allocated to collection team).

- CIBIL should be pull every 3 months compulsorily and if the bounces where seen if PTP is broken then also have to pull out the CIBIL other reports to check off us RTR.

- Immediate give early alert message to HO along with NCH.

3) Data gathering for account management visit/review purpose.

- CIBIL and CMR to check and to compare it with the last reported/origination CIBIL.

- ABB - 6 month, 3Month & 1 month analysis. Compare with credit turnover & last period credit.

- 1st day of every month tracking of the actual balance vs EMI requirement.

- Average OD Utilization - 6 months, 3months and 1 month analysis.

- Last 6 moth credit turnover in OD/Current ac vs expectation (from sanction condition)

- Compare trends of credit churn over.

- On us bounces (No of days to clear our EMI) & off us DPD analysis from CIBIL & CMR.

- Review of OTC& PDD pendency.

- Periodic Analysis of latest Financial on timely basis (increase in working capital cycle decrease in sales, decrease in margin & reduce in profit)

4) Customer Meeting:

- Pre-Define questioning basis of analysis of gathered data.

- Meeting with accountant and main designated responsible person in the company/firm (If required).

- Conduct collateral visit.

- Identify other stresses such as dead stock investment in fixed long term assets without having fund from banking sector or identify the source of fund invested in long term assets etc.
