JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Developing trust relationships with various clients to ensure they won- t turn onto competition.

- Having a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and requirements.

- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that would meet their objectives.

- Ensure correct products and services are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.

- Serve as a communication link between the organization and the customers.

- Play a significant role in generating new sales that would turn into long-lasting relationships.

- Resolving any issues or problems faced by customers and maintaining trust.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Proven previous experience as a key account manager.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customers needs.

- People who take initiative and show great zeal of enthusiasm.
