He should have a minimum 10 years- experience in sales and marketing preferably in resin, paint, gearbox or related equipment for wind industry.
Excellent communications, inter-personal relationship, high grasping skills, team work and leadership management are perquisites.
He should be an extrovert having passion in developing new market, building brand values and extremely good in developing market intelligence. Strong ability in networking with people and industry is a must.
