Key Account Manager (IC Role) (Payroll) _ Staffing Sales Experience


- We are seeking KAM, to support our high growth business of Aasaanjobs, a better place company. In this role you will be responsible for business development in promoting, pitching Staffing and Recruitment Solution's offering of Aasaanjob's & in contributing towards bringing new business portfolio and logos. The holder for this role will eventually be tasked with clients exploring third-party staffing /off rolls solutions. You are responsible for monitoring and chasing the revenue target for the region and enhancing sales over MOM and YOY basis and achieve the desired targets and goals.

What you will do :

- Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service.

- Continually map key stake holders and update them as and when required .

- You will be Responsible for Cross Selling and Upselling the existing customers. -

- You will partner with the management team to analyze staffing, organizational structures, production volume, responsibilities, and utilization trends in order to develop staffing guidelines for each facility.

- You will work closely with the Key Account Head to understand standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the firm.

- Liaison with recruitment team for efficient hiring's

- Co ordinate OL, AL within departments

- Ensure 100 % compliance with synchronization of various stakeholders

- Forecast client movement

Manages the entire client staffing operations, including :

- To ensure a smooth recruitment process for the clients and coordinating with teams and the client to get maximum revenue out of the engagement ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.

- Coordinate with Business Development team to create seamless sourcing structure at the required temp staffing location.

- Assist in maintaining internal workforce data and reports, including: productivity, employee hours/ overtime, and contract labour tracking and monitoring.

- Manage and coordinate Legal and Payroll operations and process, including handling any disputes that may arise with the client or employee or both, in coordination with our legal firm.

- Oversee payroll management team to make sure that we comply with all statutory compliances.

- Contribution to continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems to ensure payroll systems remain fully operational at key processing and reporting times

- Better Place Select

- Completing employee performance reviews at regular intervals and managing staff recognition and discipline.

What we are looking for :

- Account Management experience in Sales targeted at HR function.

- Quarterly/Monthly revenue generated from your accounts.

Preferred industry : Non-IT Staffing.

- Fluency in Spoken and Written English, Punctual and Diligent.

- Graduate or MBA Preferred.
