Job Description:

- Sales enthusiast and a potential leader to drive KAM / Modern Trade sales and leverage opportunities for business development.

- Opportunity to be a part of vibrant, dynamic and passionate team of Milky Moo - Brand of True Pure Dairy products

- Work independently with a vision, tenacious on delivering results and action oriented. 


- Managed KAM / Modern Trade Profilein Food

- Channel Appointment for business deliveries for Direct & Indirect Modern Trade Accounts

- Planning & Execution of Go-To Market Strategy

- Signing up of TOT & agreeing on key deliverables of business such as volume/value/market share

- Developing and streamlining systems and processes for key business decisions and compliance.

- Contributing to the development of effective marketing analysis, plans and initiatives (e.g. product development, brand activity, service improvement, pricing strategy, promotion plans, competition Industry at Kolkata)

- Self-directed, multi-tasker and determined approach

- Ability to thrive under challenging goals and ambiguous contexts- Keen attention to details, meticulous in planning and analysis activity etc.)

- Sales Planning


 - Sales forecasting, monitoring sales results and reporting, exclusive launch planning, season planning.


- Category management and Promotion planning

- Sales Operation and Logistics


- Ensure as per targets for SKUs, Upkeep of Product Masters, On-shelf availability of SKUs and inventory planning

- Provide competition related insights and market intelligence data relevant to the team

- Map business requirements, deep dive and analyse sales data and performance. 


Candidate Profile:

- Work experience with FMCG / Cold Chain Brands /Foods / E-Commerce

- Preference for a candidate managing a KAM / Modern trade profile with a work experience in Food
