Profile Description:

Profile: Key Account Manager-Inside Sales.

Experience: 1-4 years

Location: Noida Sec 63 (A) block.

Salary: 3lac-5lac or (depending upon experience)

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate.

Comm. Skills: A/A+

Key Role & Responsibility:

1) Generating leads through cold calling and converting leads into Revenue.

2) Dealing with SPOC of the company, HR Head, Training Head, CFO's and selling aurelius IT services.

3) Understanding the client's requirement and purpose the best solution as per their need.

4) Revenue maximization by cross selling and up selling with the existing accounts, identify lucrative revenue streams for quest of better margins and top line.

5) Handling existing accounts generating revenue assurance from given set of accounts (existing Clients).

6) Coordinating with the Clients, Trainer and other departments as per need.

7) Achieving monthly targets

Required Skills -

1) Sales Attitude and aptitude

2) Good communication skills verbal and written.

3) Keen eye for details and fast response time or TAT for business needs and requirements (day to day work), which implies working as per business needs.

4) Keen to enhance business across different industries and accounts.

5) Should have experience in handling B2B clients.
