Key Account Manager - HR Solution (3-6 yrs)
We have an urgent opening for the Role of Key Account Manager in Lazzaro HR Solutions Pvt Ltd-Gurugram(Hybrid).

- Understanding and experience in Client Servicing,
- Experience in handling multiple clients and their HR contact
- Responsible for Hiring connections with Hiring Manager and HR, Gathering the open -positions from the client
- Understanding client requirements and explaining them to the recruiters
- Extensive recruiting experience in IT and Non-IT domain
- Excellent hands-on knowledge of Naukri.com.
- Manage a team of recruiters With the help of recruiters in the team
- Source quality profile according to the requirement of the client.
- Screen profiles as per the client requirement.
- Conduct telephonic interviews with prospective candidates.
- Updating the database with the details of shared profiles.
- Engage with the candidate about the requirement and forward the profiles with complete detail with the client.
- After selection, will be responsible for collecting the relevant document salary negotiation.
- Prepare and send offer packages.
-Coordinate with resource till and after joining.
