We are looking for relationship managers, people who get a kick from relationship building and problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Stakeholder relations & escalations (Clients, Virtual Assistants)
- Upselling services to existing clients
- Subscription renewals for your set of clients
- Timely Payment collection from your set of clients, ensuring cashflows
- Collecting timely feedback from clients & providing feedback to their virtual assistants
- Referrals from existing clients through continuous relationship building & farming
Pre-Conditions: Please apply only if:
- You are either good with relationship-building and problem-solving. Please be ready with an example.
- You are happy to micromanage each account
- You have had remarkable spikes throughout your education and career.
- You see yourself working on this for the next 3-5 years. (Do your own Research)
- If you have worked independently without a boss earlier.
Salary Offered : 4-6 LPA
