Key Account Manager - FMCG (5-10 yrs)

As a dynamic Account Manager in our Speciality Division, you will be delivering rapid profitable sales growth with largest global account, key categories in South Asia.

Highly organized, you will work with a diverse global, cross functional team, both internally and externally and take ownership of our key customer accounts. In this position you will:

Develop key accounts:

Plan and Deliver account activities (pro-active, re-active and balancing of resources) and man-aging the project pipeline. Ensure our client has opportunity to participate in regional meet.

Impact the bottom line: with an innate passion for sales, you can leverage your brand and industry knowledge to develop and win new business while driving profitability.

Grow business with winning relationships: With the client (Marketing, R&D, and Consumer Insights) at all levels while you coordinate with internal teams (Development, Marketing, CMI, Application & Technology, Supply Chain) to en-sure all deadlines are met while consistently delivering quality and exceeding expectations. Cultivate client relationships with key decision makers, positioning client as preferred supplier. Coordinate/manage internal resources in support of client needs and priorities

Salary : INR 20,00,000 - 27,50,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- A university degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience in B2B or B2C business environment.

- Knowledge of Tamil is Important.

- A proven passion for customer-focused, results-driven sales.

- Being attuned to the market, able to spot trends and create customers needs and turn them into business opportunity and develop and convert to a solid sales

- An ability to manage multiple dossiers, while remaining attentive to every clients needs.

- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and work well in Teams with diverse backgrounds.

- You are described as open-minded, enthusiastic and confident, with excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience coordinating teams and meeting deadlines

- Proven negotiation skills and ability to cope in high pressure environment.

- Meticulous in details and follow up closely on the project progress and status to ensure success closure

- Good team player, who takes the initiative.

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Biomedical, Chemical, B.Sc - Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology

PG : Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
