Key Account Manager - Electrical/Industrial Product/Heavy Machinery (5-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Handling Key accounts and taking complete care of the accounts.
- Accountable for attracting, training, and developing top sales management/professionals and to ensure an optimum level of workforce engagement.
- To develop go-to-market strategy for existing products & technology with existing and new customers
- To conduct account planning in coordination with global KAMs and account investment activities
- To understand customer needs and bundle solutions across business verticals to provide an integrated solution
- To ensure execution of account strategy and carry out reviews of the account/customer strategy
- To prepare business case for price correction with the customer
- To manage customer relationships to maintain / increase the existing share of business
- To drive cross selling of products across the Business Divisions through liaisoning with Various Business's engineering team, marketing team etc.
