- Meet the leads clients / decision-makers at the Head Offices and convert them into sales
- Maintain client relationship management
- Lead and guide a sales team with required training and mentorship.
- Setting sales goals for the sales team.
- Managing sales by developing business plans
- Promoting the organisation and products
Skills Required :
- Work experience of 5-6 years. eCom experience preferred
Skills and capabilities needed :
- Account management & Joint Business Planning- Negotiation
- Customer operations and activation- P&L management
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
