Key Responsibilities:

- Execute eCommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets through online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart,1mg, Bigbasket, Mensxp, Trell, HealthKart etc).

- Responsible for executing customer specific programs to drive sales and share growth.

- Execute the ecommerce sales strategy and activities in coordination with the Marketing & Data teams.

- Build a trust and foster long-term relationships with the marketplaces to be recognized as a premium ecommerce supplier

- Ensure trade spends is within allocated limit and KPIs to deliver the revenue target.

- Provide insights to the organization by identifying and analyzing trends, feedback and best practices for driving ecommerce sales.

- Will be responsible for negotiating both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel

Desired Skills:

- Must have a strong Ayurveda/ Wellness product sales experience.

- Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.

- Must be a go-getter and results oriented.

- Written and oral English proficiency is critical for success.

- Should be able to confidently interact with customers and partners at all levels.

Qualifications:

- 3 - 5 years of eCommerce/ Ayurveda Sales experience

- A Bachelor's degree/ MBA in sales & marketing

- Strong background in managing multiple online marketplaces.
