Key Account Manager - Corporate Sales - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
Title: Key Account Manager.
Qualification required: MBA from Tier 2 or Tier 3 B-schools.
Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai
1) Key Account Manager Manager will source sales opportunities through prospects in the assigned geography.
2) Prospect, generate interest and qualify sales leads from corporate clients in the assigned industry.
3) On-board & engage corporate clients with long term renting solution requirement to develop a business relationship by creating win-win strategies.
4) Understand the KPIs of the Human Resources & Admin teams in corporate and build suitable value propositions.
5) Strategizing and execution all client related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to on-boarding.
6) Ensuring superlative customer satisfaction scores and constantly raising standards of customer delight.
1) Experience in corporate sales: Automobile, Banking, Real-estate, Consumer appliances, Concept/ Solution sales.
2) Track record of being a top performer with a go-getter attitude.
3) Proven negotiation skills and effective communication skills (Oral skills: English and Hindi/Local Language)
4) Ability to prioritize agendas while working in fast paced environment.
5) High ethical standards & self-driven.
