Responsibilities:

- Handling existing customer & providing post sales support

- Coordination with client & sales for smooth functioning

- Maximizing revenue by up-selling incremental solutions

- Responsible for renewal & retention

- Resolving raised/assigned tickets by clients

Requirements:

- Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills

- Min 1 year of experience in client servicing/key account

- Problem-solving, Excellent active listening skills

- Handles Rejection well

- Customer focus and result oriented approach
