Key Account Manager - Business Development - eCommerce (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Key Account Manager in the Live Commerce team (Business Development) is responsible for the following :
1. Supplier Onboarding :
- Onboard 30-35 suppliers on Meesho Live platform on a weekly basis.
- Get seller agreement to stream on all eligible catalogs.
- Retain onboarded sellers.
2. Supplier Relationships - KAM would need to interact with the suppliers for the following :
- Single POC for all stream related communications
- Training and stream slot finalization
- Suggesting and receiving final catalog details for the stream
- Communicating stream performance details
- Discussing and getting approvals for experiments
3. Stream Operations :
- Creating and scheduling streams for your suppliers as per SOP
- Ensuring hygiene of stream specific communications
- Highlighting stream issues/glitches quickly
- Any other Ops task which might be required
Key Requirements :
Following are the requirements for an ideal candidate :
1. 1-3 years of work experience
2. Sales, Business Development, experience in e-commerce companies (preferably Filpkart/Amazon)
3. Basic Excel skills
4. Fluent in Hindi and English
