Key Account Manager - BFS (5-8 yrs)
Client Facing - Should have worked with International Clients on BPO / ITeS Projects, particularly US & UK
Communication Skills - Possess strong interpersonal skills, which enables them to communicate with their team, give clear instructions, and provide great customer service, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Company and customer expertise - Understand each part of the business and be able to communicate effectively to build bespoke offers.
Value-based selling - Need to communicate the value of your offerings both strategically and financially to your customers.
Skilled negotiation - Requires a keen sense of timing, killer presentation skills, and the confidence to hold their ground and push back when necessary.
Strategic perspective - Need to have a strategic perspective that goes beyond short-term gains. They must be able to juggle many moving parts and orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy.
Computer Skills - The administrative side of this role requires good computer skills to analyze data and create reports
Detail-Oriented - This position requires analytic skills and the ability to interpret information from numerous sources to prepare and present reports. For this aspect of the role, being detail-oriented and able to find focused solutions to business problems is useful.
