About the Key Account Manager position :

- We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

- The ideal candidate will be apt to build strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

- The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Key Account Manager responsibilities are :

- Developing relationships with a portfolio of major clients

- Understanding customer needs

- Providing regular reports of progress on account(s)

- Extending the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs

- Assuring timely deliveries to customers

- Managing payment collection

- Serving as the communication hub between customers and internal team members

- Resolving disputes.

Key Account Manager requirements are :

- Experience as a Key Account Manager (minimum 5 years)

- Experience in sales

- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Able to negotiate well

- Comfortable in traveling to different parts of Karnataka

- Should possess basic computer knowledge
