Key Account Manager (4-8 yrs)

- To Scale up Existing modern retail sales and to do new business development

- Manage the trade marketing activities at Key Accounts as per the budgets allocated.

- Ensure regular interval billing from Key Account

- To have the analytical ability for cross checking the competitor activities and promotions and come up with a strategy for us and get that strategy implemented

- Ensure that the required MIS / Reports are sent regularly.

- Fluent in English and local language

- Sound Arithmetic Skills

- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills

- Excellent Computer Skills

- Plan Targets scientifically & Plan to achieve them through various Sources

- Cost Control - Ensure that the operative costs are managed and there is no wastage or over expenditure.

- Healthy Relationships with Key Personnel at the client end

- Business delivery as per plans for various Lines

- Setting service standards and implementation of standards

- Damaged & Expired Stocks management

- Ensure that the required MIS / Reports are sent regularly.

Job Score Card :

- Scale up existing portfolio sales by 10% by the end of 3rd month

- Growth of sales from existing stores has to go up by 10% after the end of each quarter

- BD/Business development by activating new geographies and activation of new Chuk de lines in existing buying houses

- NBD to be done by activating totally new buyers every quarter with a target of NBD to be 7.5 LPQ

- Grooming and raising the skill set of down line team members, hand hold each one of them

- Strong relationship with category people and especially buyers to use cost effective ways to scale up and propel sales

- Combo Creation/ bill busters/ counter dispenser stimulus sales +++

- Overseeing of Smooth and error free operations part

- Will be based at B 63

- Strong Team handling

- Street Smart

- Has to be on travel for minimum 21 days means out station and Ex HQ

- All backed work responsibility

- To Complement the Tracking and control of returns like receiving physical products, reversal of money deducted by seller portal for handling charges

- P&L / cost effectiveness / Gross Profit calculations and maintenance and if required to Rejig the assortment.

- Anything to Everything which relates to this job profile.
