Key Account Manager (2-6 yrs)

Our client is a well-known Wellness brand based out in Gurgaon and they are looking to hire a KAM (Marketplaces) to join their office. In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our brand across various marketplaces. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring our products have a prominent presence, and driving sales within the quick commerce sector.


Roles Responsibility

- Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, understanding their unique needs and ensuring a seamless collaboration to drive business growth.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with key accounts to optimize terms and conditions that benefit both parties.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that boost product visibility and drive sales.

- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and product development to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

- Address any challenges that may arise in account management, order fulfilment, or partnership agreements in a proactive and efficient manner.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of Experience as a Key Accounts Management handling Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and other beauty platforms and more.

- Should have ability to drive sales through these channels.

- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and nurture partnerships at various levels.

- Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities, develop effective strategies, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
