Key Account Lead/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Industrial Product (6-8 yrs)

1) Identify the key customers in the given territory and developing the channel partners for motive power segment and contribute for business growth in the given territory.

2) Be a prime contact for the customers in prospecting & finalizing the leads. Responsible for a geographical area & assigned accounts - leads the sales and service effort and the sales and service team working close to customers

3) Prospect/ finalise & grow partners for expanding the foot print of motive power business in assigned territory

4) Lead and provide direction to the assigned territory business and sales and service team

5) Pivot for all sales related input and output process in Motive Power business at the geography level

6) Formulating monthly /annual goals;short/long term budget and developing business/operational plans for achievement of these goals in consultation and agreement with reporting officer

7) Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.

8) Manage activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of techno commercial deals for smooth execution of sales & order processing & closure of all related sales transactions.

9) Providing updates to the customers about the product developments

10) Provide technical service support to clients and resolving their issues/ concerns to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

Qualification : B Tech (Mech/EEE) with MBA

Experience : 6 to 8 years

Desired People :

1) Related segment Sales & service Handling - Proficient in Material Handling Equipments/ Traction Batteries / Traction Electronics / Key account Handling in electric vehicles electronics / Warehousing Systems

2) Know how of Material Handling segment, application wrt Battery & on board electronics function & good understanding about territory customers

3) Technical/Functional: Experience on Business Development & Account Management

4) Soft: Sound on Customer relationship building / Good communication skills / On site solution providing attitude
