Role Title : Manager Sales
Department: Operations
Reporting to : COO
Purpose :
- Plan and develop attractive BTL activity Calendar that motivates and engages the Sales team to ensure achievement sale targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Should have handled BTL activities for new product launches.
- Should have handled independently permissions from RWA's across Delhi/NCR.
- Should be able to lead large team of team leader's and promoters.
- Should be able to work on Qtr./Monthly/Weekly/Daily sales plans and track it.
- Should be a go getter.
- Building relationship with RWA chiefs and secretary for future promotions.
- Ensure have data of RWA list of Delhi & NCR.
- Should be able to design the BTL activation campaign for RWA's.
- Should be able to execute the campaign's as per the Calendar.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Ensure daily sales closures.
- Daily reporting on the sales vs. ach numbers.
