Position Overview:

As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in expanding Ketto's impact by promoting and selling insurance products in the field. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering them tailored insurance solutions. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives while achieving personal and team sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.

- Conduct thorough client needs analysis to recommend the most suitable insurance products.

Sales Presentation:

- Effectively present and explain insurance products to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

- Address client queries and concerns, ensuring a clear understanding of the offered insurance solutions.

Sales Targets:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

- Continuously strive to improve sales performance through self-motivation and learning.

Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide relevant insights and feedback to the team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus.

- A results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
