Introduction :

- You will be responsible for leading the Corporate Communications & Public Relations mandate for Ketto, across platforms. Being an individual contributor role, you will be working closely with cross functional teams, & the leadership team - to build the narrative for the brand and the organization across different forms of media.

Responsibilities :

1. Formulate & execute the overall PR strategy for Ketto, across Corporate & Brand

2. Continuously measure & monitor the efficacy of the PR efforts (spread across earned, paid and owned media) through third party tools and trackers, and constantly strive towards improving quality & quantum of coverage

3. Design & execute initiatives along with the Brand team and the agency partner (if any), to ensure effective brand visibility

4. Lead end-to-end execution of launch events and announcements

5. Build & maintain strong professional relations with media partners and journalists, on behalf of Ketto

6. Own and manage the agency partner relations (if any), to ensure optimum output

7. Identify storytelling opportunities across stakeholders, and further work with the agency partner to ensure tactful execution

8. Train the leadership team, relevant community members and other key spokespersons on effectively managing media interactions

9. Identify key data points, that can be leveraged as potential stories in the media

10. Draft all written content - press releases, statements, briefs, pitch documents - alongside assisting

key spokespersons with authored articles and response submissions

11. Remain up to-date on key industry developments and media movements, and further apprise relevant stakeholders of the same

What you bring to the table :

1. 3-5 years of relevant creative experience in a brand/agency ecosystem. Exposure to a digital or consumer tech ecosystem would be preferred

2. Existing active network of media contacts

3. Creative story-teller, high on EQ

4. An eye for detail, and has the ability to build compelling narratives from data insights & business/industry developments

5. Self-starter, willing to roll up the sleeves and get the job done

6. Comfortable working on tight deadlines, and in a dynamic environment
