Roles and Responsibilities :
- Call to the newly registered customer of- our company and understand them about the benefit and facilities of service.
- Brief about the product and features of our company.
- Understand the customer requirement.
- Convert prospect into sales.
- Renew the validity expire customer.
- Get the KYC done telephonically and onboard the customer with us.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Good Communication Skills (Hindi).
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 required.
- Good Customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
