To accelerate the growth further, Kestone is looking to for industry's best business development team. This team will be responsible for taking Kestone's innovative solutions to potential customers.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Owns Leads

- Understanding Client Requirement

- Designing Solution

- Negotiate & Close.

- Respond to RFPs

- Negotiate & Close the Deal

- Account Management approach

- Maintain Insights into competition to own advantage in planning & strategizing

- Conceptualize / Execute lead generations plans in coordination with the marketing team

Skills & Experience

- Understand Kestone's products, services and value propositions.

- Understand a client's needs, and able to relate the need to Kestone's offerings & value propositions.

- Experience in selling products &solutions through lengthy sales cycles.

- Ability to grow the accounts

- Lead Management & Revenue Forecasting

- Ability to reach out to the potential customers, generate contacts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn referrals etc.Cultivate the lead through the business development process towards closure.

- Able to develop & forecast the pipeline & revenue to meet the short, medium, and long term targets

- Education:Graduate /Post Graduate in MArketing

- Experience 2+ Years of experience in Business development in products/solutions

- Strong Communication Skills

- Strong Customer Connect

- Good at Proposals & Presentations

- Manage multiple stake Holder Expectations

- Ensure Process adherence
