Job Description: E-Commerce, Digital Marketing

Location: New Delhi

To accelerate our E-commerce division, Kestone is looking to for a highly competitive E-commerce Specialist. In this role the candidate will be responsible for managing the entire e-commerce presence of our clients. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be converstant with various e-commerce marketing domains including online shops/catalogues, product management on marketplaces, social media ads and optimizing the ROAS.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy to improve client's website performance and manage online store configurations, product listings and optimization on various marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc.

- Develop and supervise all activities and plans for various ecommerce projects and coordinate with internal team for a smooth execution

- Responsible for optimizing all ebusiness metrics for various online platforms and achieve all growth objectives and develop all enhancements

- Formulate data driven strategies to deliver top performance and achieve business KPIs

Skills & Experience

- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably from a digital agency background)

- A proven track record of E-commerce marketing sales and managing online brands and their sales

- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce and product listing & management on various marketplaces, and social media ads.

- Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools

Education & Preferred Work Experience

- Graduate or Post Graduate in Marketing

- Preferrence to candidates with Digital Marketing agency background
